Shipping Corp posts $69.9 mn net profit

Mumbai, July 26 (IANS) Shipping Corp of India Ltd has posted a net profit of $69.9 million (Rs.2.79 billion) for the first quarter of the current fiscal against $51.52 million over the same period last year.

The company announced Saturday that the total income during the April-June quarter increased to $281.58 million from $244.99 million of the year-ago period.
